Our terms and conditions of service are summarised below. For

We:
- provide tools and services to help you effectively monitor you
burglar alarm
- receive messages from your alarm, translate, log, and pass the
messages on to your contact list by TXT message, e-mail, and voice
phone calls
- take no action on alarms and alerts other than passing on the
message
- protect your personal information - see our privacy policy
It's your responsibility to:
- investigate and take action on alarms and alerts
- make sure your contact information and your contact list is
accurate and up to date
- keep all passwords or pin-codes secret and safe
You should know that:
- fees are charged on a calendar month basis, in advance
- payment should be made by direct debit, so please complete the
Direct Debit form and return it to us promptly
- cancelled service takes effect at the end of the month, provided
14 days notice is given
- every now and again TXT messages and e-mails get delayed or go
missing, and phone calls don't get connected properly
- we do our best to provide the most reliable service possible,
but accept no responsibility for problems or errors that are out of
our control, such as delayed or missing messages, or bad phone
connections
