We believe in harnessing the full power of existing burglar alarm systems to give the best possible protection for homes, businesses, and families. This goes beyond just reporting when the alarm goes off, but also reporting other suspicious activity, like, someone disarming your alarm when they're not supposed to or the alarm not being armed on schedule.
We deliver cloud based fully automated and semi-automated alarm monitoring software to security providers to help them integrate modern communications, including TXT message, email, automated phone calls, web integration, and mobile apps, into their products and services. Monitoring Plus offers full control of alarm monitoring settings through web and app based interfaces, where customers can easily customise notifications that are important to them, and check event history to see what's going on, anywhere, any time. At the same time, offering efficiency improvemnts for the monitoring station, a win-win for customers and security companies.
When your alarm goes off, our central station automatically starts sending messages to the people on your alarm response contact list. You can respond in several ways depending on if you are able to investigate the alarm or not, or if you suspect that it's a false alarm. If no one responds within 90 seconds, messages are sent to the next person on your list.  This continues until someone responds, or there are no more people on the list.
Custom alerts provide additional security for your home or office by providing notifications of normal arming and disarming events that occur at possibly suspicious times. You can make sure you get exactly the information you need by setting up personalised alerts to suit your unique situation, including tracking particular people arming or disarming your alarm within, or outside, particular times of the day, or days of the week.
If no one responds to the automated alerts, the alarm activation can be escalated to manned operator assistance, and a security patrol call-out. It's great piece of mind to have qualified security personnel on call to respond to alarms when you aren't able to, or if you just prefer the reassurance that someone is responding to alarms so you don't have to.
Alarms have traditionally used the phone line to report activity to the monitoring station, but they don't work well with modern digital (VoIP) phone lines used with Naked DSL, Ultra-Fast Fibre, or wireless internet connections. In this case it's best to convert your alarm to internet based monitoring, so we can still provide a secure and reliable monitoring solution.
You can set-up and control all aspects of your alarm monitoring through our web site. This includes convenient and easy access to your contact list. No more waiting on the phone to talk to your monitoring company just to change contacts before you go away on holiday. Just log-on and reorder you contact list in seconds! You can also view the recent activity on your alarm, and customise your settings to make your monitoring service works exactly the way you want it to.
